Due to Corona Virus we have no alternative but to restrict our customers to on-site only services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We have a duty of care for our customers and for our own family.

Collection / Return Service

Collection and deliveries will be from the main entrance to your home or business. We will not enter the building. We will make exceptions for disabled customers with prior notice. Customers are asked to remain at distance at all times. Our rates will remain the same.

Customer Equipment

All equipment is treated with non corrosive antibacterial chemicals. This is done on receipt and post maintenance.

Remote assistance

Over 80 percent of repairs are now completed by remote support. Most faults are of a software nature therefore remote connections to your computer can save on costs.

New Service Contracts

We are limiting service contracts so as to not oversubscribe our availability. This does not affect existing contract clients. Please call or message us for more information.
