It would be an understatement to say many hours are lost every week while we maintain client systems. Some clients don’t remember their login’s, passwords, email address, accounts etc. This in turn can make a short job into a very long winded one. In these circumstances we do try to help as much as possible but this is not always straight forward.
If possible, please have as much of the following information ready prior to our visit:
Internet Company Name (e.g. BT, Virgin or other) Account numbers, email addresses, support numbers
