We are able to fix approximately 60-70% of customer calls via our very successful #RemoteServicing. With the exception of a few #BespokeServers which may run on alternative #OperatingSystems we use licenced encrypted #TeamViewer #Software. Non #MicrosoftOS systems have dedicated alternatives with which we can connect to #SupportYou.
