Business & personal IT Services
Priding ourselves on a fast turnaround normally same or next business day. Depending on location many personal customers pay a fixed price of £66.00 inc. vat for the collection, repair and return of their computer system. Occasionally faulty parts may need replacing in which case we would give you a call prior to carrying out any further work. A charge of up to 50% may be made for calls which are cancelled by the customer, this is to cover our own costs for collection, delivery and insurance.
Business Services
Computer and Network Solutions for the business. Charged on a callout and hourly rate. computercare also offers e-voucher contract services where customers purchase 5, 10, 15 e-vouchers giving you a service from the price of a standard callout including the call and up to 3 hours labour depending on contract. e-vouchers are not transferable and must be used within a 12 month period. e-vouchers are for maintenance and servicing only, they do not include training. Customers who have not used their full quota of calls within a 12 month period may be offered a reduced rate for the following year.

Same Day - Next Day
Dependant on availability it is our aim to be onsite with you same day whenever possible. We at computer care know how important it is to have our customers up and running as quickly as possible.
computercare.co.uk was established in Feb 1997 and our customer base has increased over the years mainly through recommendations. Amongst our clients we have serviced computers and networks to hundreds across Yorkshire including clients in the big three power stations namely Drax, Eggborough and Ferrybridge.
